ABOUT US
The core mission of ICC is to promote the Made in Italy brand and serve as the official voice for professional Italian hospitality businesses. ICC fosters collaboration within the local community while maintaining a strong international outlook. Additionally, it supports and mentors individuals and teams representing Italian Culinary Arts as they prepare for and compete in prestigious competitions both in Italy and across the globe.
The educational and social activities promote interaction and networking among members and helps to train the culinary workforce to improving skills and productivity standards in their respective workplaces.
With its diverse portfolios, the alliance is managed by a team of dedicated committee members led by ICC President, Chef Carmelo Carnevale
The entire committee is made of members who volunteer their personal time in managing the various portfolios throughout the year.

WHY US
We aim to promote culinary skills throughout the industry and protect the interests of our membership. We are available to support and gain recognition for our members as highly skilled professionals within the catering industry and can provide information at all levels of the profession. To help us achieve this, we liaise with examining bodies and other educational and vocational establishments in relation to the culinary arts.
