President
President of the Italian Culinary Consortium, Chef Carmelo Carnevale is a Sicilian-born international chef whose career has taken him across Europe and beyond. His work includes culinary education, charity events, international competitions and the promotion of Made in Italy. He was honoured as an Ambassador of Sicilian Culture at Expo Milano 2015.
