01
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful personal, professional and informational purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of ICC or another person.
02
ICC content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, branding, editorial material, photography and other ICC content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary informational purposes. Reproduction, commercial reuse or redistribution of substantial ICC content requires permission unless the law provides otherwise.
03
Information and availability
ICC aims to keep website information accurate and current, but content may be updated, corrected, withdrawn or replaced without notice. Publication on the website does not guarantee that a programme, event, membership benefit or service remains available unless confirmed through the relevant booking, membership or communication process.
04
Accounts and member areas
Where the website provides account or member-only access, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect users, ICC systems or the integrity of member services.
ICC membership and the private Member Portal are intended only for people aged 18 or over. Applicants must complete the age-assurance step and provide an accurate 18+ declaration. ICC may refuse, suspend or withhold membership activation where the age requirement has not been met.
05
External links and services
The website may link to third-party websites, podcast platforms, social networks or service providers. Those services are operated independently and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
06
Liability
Nothing on this website is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, ICC is not responsible for losses caused solely by reliance on general website information, interruption of third-party services, or external websites outside ICC's control.
07
Changes and enquiries
These website terms may be revised as the site and ICC services develop. The latest published version applies from the date shown at the top of this page.
