Our President talents have taken took him across Europe and beyond, establishing him as an international culinary figure.
His journey began in the picturesque landscapes of Sicily, where his passion for cooking ignited at an early age propelling him on a career marked by innovation, and leadership, including training with Michelin star Chefs and supporting charity events and international contests promoting Made in Italy.
Notably he was honoured by the Italian Government with the title of Ambassador of Sicilian Culture at the Milano World EXPO 2015. Carmelo continues to inspire aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts alike, embodying the essence of culinary artistry and the spirit of Italian cuisine throughout the world.

Is an International leading Sommelier and Wine Critic whose philosophy is all about appreciating and promoting Italian wine having reached 34 countries, where wine culture and the selection of the best wines are highly valued.
Navigating a fast-paced world where information, social media, and sales networks constantly need new insights is no easy task and Carmelo's expertise helps to promote leading Italian producers through Exhibitions, Wine Tasting Events and Sommelier School.

Franca Bongiorno-Roberts is Our Marketing Director and a proud Sicilian-born entrepreneur, currently residing in London. As the owner of a thriving restaurant and coffee shop, she brings authentic Italian flavors to the UK.
Franca is also the creative force behind the popular social media platform "Growing Up Italian in the UK," where she connects with others who share her heritage.
In addition to her culinary ventures, she serves as a Director for ChefMed Ltd, showcasing her expertise in the food industry.
